OIST Science Festival: Chemistry in the Kitchen!
The Micro/Bio/NanoFluidics unit participated to the science festival organised by OIST with a booth entitled "Chemistry in the kitchen".
In the "Chemistry in the Kitchen" booth, the kids explored the sol-gel transition of polymer solutions and raced with soap-propelled boats while learning the concept of surface tension
